
Carrie Kimberley
Carrie brings over 25 years of diverse wealth management experience. With a passion for the advisor experience, her focus also includes strategic planning and execution, leadership development, and change management requirements.
Originally from the UK, Carrie obtained a BA (Honours) from Hull University and relocated to Canada. She spent the next two decades working for several leading wealth and investment management firms supporting sales, operations, learning and development, practice management and business transformation functions. A lifelong learner, Carrie acquired her MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University in a Victoria, Canada and is also a Certified Change Management Practitioner. She has successfully led the change management requirements for several large-scale business transformation projects.
As an advocate for credit unions and a keen collaborator, while working for Aviso Wealth, Carrie played an integral role in the organizations M&A activities, leading it to become one of Canada’s largest independent broker dealer firms supporting the wealth needs of Canada’s credit unions coast to coast. In her role as Vice President, Business Practices she led a team instrumental in supporting advisory teams and partners with their growth goals, staying ahead of industry trends, driving successful M&A projects and implementing innovative technologies at scale. Carrie is also an expert with stakeholder communication and engagement strategies that drive cross functional team commitment towards shared goals.
Carrie relocated to the US in 2023 and consulted for a large asset management organization, within their practice management division. She is excited to bring her vast experience and knowledge to Priority Financial Group.
Outside of work Carrie enjoys staying active whether at the gym, running or hiking, as well as travelling and spending time with friends and family including her two adorable rescue dogs.
